Any sport that involves a repetitive overuse of the wrist or arm, such as with tennis or baseball. In addition, certain occupations that cause a repetitive stress on the elbow joint, such as with farming, carpentry, or painting are all risk factors of Tennis Elbow.
Causes of Tennis Elbow
Participating in certain sports that involve repetitive overuse of the wrist or arm, poor throwing techniques while participating in certain sports, occupations that cause stress on the elbow joints, such as with carpentry or painting, and poor fitness level may all cause Tennis Elbow.
